Smoothing Chemical Peel: Azelan
Azelan is a chemical peel with comedolytic, anti-inflammatory, and antifungal properties—a combination of 20% azelaic acid and 20% salicylic acid.
It targets all forms of acne (comedonal and/or inflammatory), calms rosacea and seborrheic dermatitis, removes moderate acne scars, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation from acne, and treats actinic keratosis.
During treatment, mild redness occurs that quickly subsides; after treatment, there's no visible peeling or only slight powdery flaking in some areas. For optimal results, 4-6 treatments every 14 days are recommended, depending on skin condition, with proper home care.
Chemical Peel: Melanostop Tran3x
The Melanostop Tran3x chemical peel is excellent for treating all types of hyperpigmentation.
Hyperpigmentations or areas of uneven skin pigmentation are very common skin problems. While the best approach is preventive action using creams with high SPF to prevent hyperpigmentations from appearing, most people start thinking about it when it's already too late. The best solutions are achieved through dermatological treatments and chemical peels. Melanostop Tran3x is a new, multidimensional solution for hyperpigmentations, based on the power of tranexamic acid, which achieves excellent results in preventing hyperpigmentations.
Melanostop Tran3x is a minimally invasive chemical peel that works on all types of hyperpigmentations at different stages. It is used alone or in combination with microneedling, and 4 to 6 treatments are recommended every 14 days. In addition to salon treatments, home care with products designed for hyperpigmentation is mandatory, along with the obligatory use of high SPF cream throughout the year.
Home Care Recommendations:
- Daily depigmentation cream that removes dark spots of melanic origin and prevents their reappearance. Deeply hydrates, evens skin tone, and restores skin radiance. Contains tranexamic acid that targets inflammation and excessive vascularization like melasma or post-inflammatory hyperpigmentations, plus a Hydroacid complex (salicylic and lactic acid), 3% niacinamide, and 2% tyrosinase complex.
- Melan Tran3x Serum. Intensive serum with active ingredients like 3% tranexamic acid, 5% niacinamide, 2% tyrosinase complex, and 5% enzyme-acid complex. Removes dark pigmentations and blocks new ones. Apply before Melan Tran3x gel cream, twice daily.
